Lead EMT Safety Officer
Full time: 3pm-11pm (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)

The Lead EMT Safety Officer performs daily door monitoring checks and conducts scheduled internal and external rounds. They are responsible for responding immediately to all emergency situations around the Community and is required to demonstrate the acts and principles of exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers at all times.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
- Assists the Safety Manager with key administrative functions to include, but not limited to: access card processing, control, and distribution; parking sticker processing, control, and distribution; and maintaining inventory par levels for Kiosk supplies.
- Provides general leadership to the Safety Department team. Assist the Safety Management team with general guidance of staff on a daily basis, regarding safety department happenings and operations.
- Assists with initial and ongoing training of Safety Department personnel.
- Performs daily door monitoring checks with the Safety Manager or designated management representative, conducts scheduled internal and external rounds, maintains departmental equipment to ensure proper functioning, and reports all discrepancies and unsafe conditions to ensure the safety and security of the community.
- Responsible for responding immediately to all emergency situations at the community, practicing proper First Responder protocols and life safety policies and procedures.
- Required to demonstrate the acts and principles of exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current CPR, AED, and EMT certification required
- At least one year supervisory experience within the medical response environment
- Minimum six months employment within Safety Department
- Eighteen years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
