The Glen at Scripps Ranch is looking for a Full Time EVS Manager

Salary- $70k-72k with 10% bonus potential

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Environmental Services Manager assists the Environmental Services Director in care, cleaning, and oversight of all aspects of environmental services for the Community.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
• Assists with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of all housekeepers, janitors, laundry, and lead personnel.
• Inspects all common areas and scheduled cleaning on a daily basis.
• Assists with the procuring of supplies, chemicals, and equipment; inventory control; and operating within budgetary guidelines. Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Implements and monitors departmental compliance with all infections control policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining excellent relations with the residents and promoting good departmental morale.
• Performs general office paper work, scheduling, and telephone calls.
• Coordinates department functions with those of other departments and assists with function set-ups as needed.
• Oversees turnover of all units and ensures units are clean upon move-in.
• Assists with payroll as needed.
• Collects and prepares QI reports.
• Updates department portal page as needed.
• Maintains inventory of sheers for turnover units.
• Attends community committees as needed.
• Assists with updating policies and procedures.
• Assists updating job description of department staff.
• Fills in as needed in the event of staffing shortages.
